Sometimes we seem to focus on the beginning – which we need to rush over to get to a deadline – and the end without seriously considering the middle piece. This is the bit that connects the plan and the desired outcome.
And it needs as much, if it more, contemplation and consideration.
There are many ways to get from A to B, and not all of your potential customers will follow the same path, so how can we assist them in their journey of discovery? What do we need to do, and where do we need to be to participate in the process – and maybe, as all marketers desire, influence the process?
